The other day I was driving and spotted some barriers in an abandoned parking lot. I drove by again a few days later and figured I was seeing things when I noticed someone had added a transition to one of the barriers out in the middle of nowhere.
To the person(s) with the skills and the bag of cement...thank you for the fun we had tonight!
