I try to remain quite neutral when it comes to supporting local skate shops (all except for one that I won't even mention because even negative advertising is still advertising) because I know they all are good at what they do in their own special ways.
I have to make an exception today because as I am a fan of the 8.5" deck, I understand the pain of finding them stocked on the shelves of some of the local skate shops from time to time as it isn't a popular size to stock as it is understandably a less desirable size compared to the sizes used by the masses.
