Out and about.

We drove around a lot tonight. You'd think we were searching for Animal Chin? We didn't find what we were looking for, but we did make time to stop by Fort Garry Skate Park.

Mild In The Streets

Question: Were we the envy of gamers everywhere while we were being driven in this Jeep with the MW3 Call of Duty trim package? Answer: Obviously.

Attending Emerica's Wild In The Streets would have been AWESOME! Also painful as it's hard to watch a mob of people enjoying something you aren't supposed to be doing while healing...so we got Mild In The Streets instead.

We went to visit the Red River Ex. Carny life is not the life for me.

Seriously?

...Not at all.

Over here at stir crazy central where there's been no skateboarding by doctor's orders as mentioned earlier, we've been trying to stay motivated. That hasn't gone so well and we've been distracted by far too much T.V. What good can come out of that? Making ridiculous hot dogs would be the answer.

When they were just about finished the roommate asks if I'm going to "tell the world". That was my cue to blow the dust off of the camera and get down to business...

Grill the vegan dogs.

Lay them down in beds of vegan cheese or the optional peanut butter.

Top them off accordingly with grape jelly and Cap'n Crunch or...

Mustard, ketchup and crushed potato chips!

Healthy? Borderline. A perfect dinner on Father's Day? Obviously!

In a galaxy not so far away, there will be a circle pit. Well maybe not a galaxy, but down the street anyway. Death by Stereo plays faster than many so a circle pit is inevitable!

Escape to the 514

A few weeks back when this particular roll of film was in the camera we were driving down the street when we noticed Mat taking his pooch for a walk. I rolled down the window and asked if the rumours were true? Was he indeed leaving Winnipeg to return to Montreal? He responded with "yes, in about two hours". So we parked the car and documented this turning point.
